Pizza Oven * for Al-Fresco Dining - Table Tennis The space Surrounded by olive trees and rolling hills our traditional Andalucian farmhouse has been lovingly restored into a comfortable family home with 3 bedrooms, large kitchen/dining room with open fire, lounge, open courtyard, vine covered terrace with dining tables, beautiful gardens with fruit trees including fig, almond and lemon and a large swimming pool. The house is suitable for young children and has a fully enclosed and private wild recreation area with a swing, slide, climbing walls and plenty of space to explore and run around safely. whilst still in sight of the adults relaxing by the pool. We're around 50 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, one hour from Granada, and less than two hours from both Seville and Cordoba. Antequera is less than 30 minutes away and Archidona less than 20 minutes. The local village of Iznajar (Cordoba province) is nearby (10 minutes). Its unspoilt, traditional white walled, red roofed village with its castle dating from the 8th century, and church from the 16th century, it has spectacular views over a 32 km long lake which hosts a variety of water-sports and fishing. Safe bathing is enjoyed from its sandy Beach. The house has two large double bedrooms ( one ensuite) and one tripple bedroom with a double bed and single bed. The lounge has a quality double sofa bed. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have nice lighting, bed side tables, cupboards or wardrobes. The main room has sofas and armchairs and is the perfect place to relax The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped and there is a dishwasher, microwave, hob and fan oven, coffee making facilities too. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The pool measures 11 x 5 meters ( heated by separate arrangement) . Outside the main house, there is a further covered terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ and Pizza Oven. * Heating the pool takes lots of time and energy, it's not needed in the Summer months, but if you wish to swim and have fun in the pool in spring and late autumn, then it really is nice - don't expect a Jacuzzi though, its temperature will be about 28 degrees, compared to the normal unheated of about 14! Brrrr.! Our house is ideal for those wishing to spend a relaxing holiday around the swimming pool in a private and enclosed garden with the children entertained in their own playground wilderness, within view of the house, gardens and pool. It's the perfect location for guests wishing to escape to the real Spain for total relaxation, or those seeking a comfortable base from which to explore the "treasures" of Andalucia. There is parking for 4+ cars. Guest access The whole property is yours to enjoy, it's gated and fenced for the complete safety of children.
